Have worked with Cannons for 33 years and have never been disappointed in the service. The ability to work through E Mail and having my car picked up at work are just two of their great "value added" services.
I had the worst experience with the last owner - his customer service sucks. He needs to go by his book. Overpriced.. you are quoted one price then when they are finished irs 3 times what they quoted you.
Our vehicle left this shop making so much noise after a front wheel alignment. This is the second time this has occurred with this shop. Never again will i take a vehicke there. Highly suggest people to seek other shops.
As usual, I was able to get my vehicle in for a speedy oil change. I'm very particular on who works on my vehicle, and Eric has always been my mechanic of choice. Was quoted a price for work done and the work was more than was initially thought so cannons couldn't do it for the price that was quoted. Was then charged 3/4 of the price that was the original cost quoted for them to put back together what they took apart. Very disappointed about that. Paid $67 for nothing, they should have looked at the job before starting if they knew more was involved
