Have worked with Cannons for 33 years and have never been disappointed in the service. The ability to work through E Mail and having my car picked up at work are just two of their great "value added" services.
On Thursday it was pointed out to me that my fog lights are on. I tried everything to turn them off. My handyman made an extra trip over to my home, but couldn't turn them off either. I decided to quickly drive over to Cannon's Automotive because overnight the battery would surely be drained. John immediately tried now himself to solve the problem, but couldn't. The car needed to stay there to be checked out. John drove me home. In the evening I got a call from John that I have a bad multi function switch and that it needs to be replaced. I approved it. Friday morning John picked me up at the house and on the drive over to Cannon's he explained the repair. It was not easy, but necessary. I was so relieved for having the car back in no time. Easy to work with, and fit everything in that I asked for even though it wasn't all expected. Thank you for taking such good care of my dads truck. It made the last part of getting it ready for him that much easier.
