Cannons stores and changes my Winter and Summer tires every year.

They perform this no hassle service efficiently and professionally.

I highly recommend CANNONS for automotive service of all kinds.

Great people. Friendly crew. Clean shop. I broke down on the highway and was towed in. Had never used them before. They got my vehicle diagnosed and I was back on the road within a few hours.

It is very easy to have anything done by Cannon's Automotive, beginning with making an appointment and one is always accommodated with regard to day and time. I drop off the car and usually go to the library to read. I get their emails there letting me know the car is done or they send a question. This is what we did Saturday. Their question was: The car needs an alignment; should it be done while the car is there. I answered: YES. When I returned they showed me one of my winter tires. The rim was damaged - I must have hit something and the tire also lost some of its tread and I could have had a flat tire. They marked it for replacement in the winter. All of it excellent service!

I had a oil change done on my truck which included a check of my fluids and the vehicle overall. Honestly, the only reason I went was because I thought I had valid discount card because of the standard pricing. Found out it wasn't, but went ahead with it anyway with the quote of $87ish for synthetic. The work was completed, and done well, but the end price was $107. I was told because my truck needed 7 quarts vs 6. One, they obviously knew what the vehicle was and could have been given a better quote. Two, $20 for a quart? I don't care how super special it's supposed to be. I appreciate that a proactive quote was done, but I can guarantee the work will not be done at Cannon's. One, not at the cost of $1800ish for standard PM, and sure the heck when not needed. I was told by a staff member at 40k miles that maintenance would be needed to be done that would normally not be done for several more thousands of miles. I also overheard a list of repairs being told to another customer that didn't sseen to add up, but their price did. I didn't see the vehicle for myself, but the list seemed a bit odd. I grew up in a family of mechanics, and normally I work on my own vehicles, but being plagued with some orthopedic issues, I had to take the vehicle to a shop. Just my opinion, but WAY overpriced, and I got a true vibe that some people that don't know anything about vehicles would be taken advantage of. I know when to say no, but others may not. I get shops are there to make money, and you get what you pay for, but this was excessive. I had promises of warranties, but saw no literature to that effect. I would just be leery of what's actually being proposed. As I said, the work was done well, but didn't seem like $107 worth.
