apelli Belli is a brand new state of the art salon located in revitalized down town Somerville. The owner, Elaina Flanagan, is a lifelong resident to the area. Our stylists are experienced certified professionals trained in the latest salon techniques. Our facility is an innovative day spa and salon. We offer haircuts, up-dos, colors, perms and a variety of other hair designs. We offer facial and body waxing, facials, massages, pedicures and manicures.
