petty would not wait two weeks for payment during covid now my dog looks like leather cause they wont treat my poor shepard so i have to get meds for my dog from another country .they are garbage in my book never again

Dr. Holbrook, Andrew and everyone we met in connection with KoKo's CCL surgery were so very kind and concerned about her.

KpKo is getting along quite well a week after her surgery and she is getting better every day

Wasn’t happy with girl at Chatham location. I asked her if she would work with the Wabash location to get some meds for my dog. She said she was as the only one there everyone else was at lunch. Then she said she couldn’t fill a prescription without doctor approval. I wasn’t asking her to fill anything without approval. I was asking if she would work with the Wabash location so I could pick up the meds at the Chatham location since I would be at the AT&T store next door. She kept telling me she couldn’t do anything without a doctor authorization. I finally said forget it you are not even listening to what I’m saying. I’ll just drive to Chatham then back to Springfield and go to the Wabash location. I was trying to save myself time and make things convenient but she didn’t want to help. After I told her to forget it was obvious she didn’t want to be bothered, she suddenly got eager to help. By this time I was aggravated and told her no. I drove to Chatham took care of my business then drove back to Springfield to the Wabash location to pick up the meds. Seemed so silly when I was going to be at the ATT store right across the parking lot from the Chatham location.

Dr. Holbrook goes above and beyond to care for her pet patients (and their humans). She makes time when pets need to be seen and shows sensitivity and thoughtfulness in every aspect of her approach. We are so blessed to have her as our vet!

This was our first time at this vet clinic and we were so pleased! The staff was so nice and treated our dog wonderfully! Our dog does not like vet appointments and I could tell how comfortable he was here compared to others we have gone to in the past.
