I have been fortunate enough to find Ashleigh, who is, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She always starts the appointment with asking about prior symptoms and how I feel now versus last visit. She talks about new areas where you haven’t necessarily felt tight before in previous visits and asks about changes which may have caused the new trouble spot. I leave the appointment every time, feeling relaxed, and loose.
