Danielle is terrific - she does a fantastic job! I did have trouble getting the appointment booked, however. Called four times on various days (usually between 10 AM and 2 PM) but no one answered the phone. Kept going to voicemail. This is a frequent problem when I call to book appointments. I finally drove to the salon to make the appt in person.

Everyone is very friendly and professional at all times. Jessica listens to what I want and adds her input and then I get the perfect haircut!
I asked my stylist to cut an inch. I told her I'd like it short. I saw she was not cutting an inch while cutting and emphasized this again. I thought she maybe sees something I don't and after I might see why. It's been 3 weeks since my appointment and I feel like it's been eight weeks already. PLEASE listen and talk to your clients
I always have a good experience at Capretti & Co. The staff is friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My stylist, Joey, always does a great job and takes the time to listen to what I want, offering up suggestions/recommendations as we go. I left loving my cut, color, and style.
