Several months ago I stopped by carx and was denied service bcuz employees were in a hurry to get off work when they still had 15-20 minutes left b4 closing time they told me they didnt have time to look at my vehicle when it was overheating,I put something on the internet about it so to make it right the manager offered me $100 in gift cards, so on 01/06/2012 I tried to use the gift cards for services, the acting manager told me that I could only use $25 at a time&that the gift cards had no cash value, so some of the new parts had to be taking off the vehicle, Well if the gift cards have no cash value then the manager had no value & didnt make anything right bcuz there is no cash value in carx's gift cards! then the manager ask me were i got the cards, as if to insinuate that i had stolen them or something to that nature, Carx experience has once again been very disappointing. I left the rest of the gift cards there paid for the sevices AND WILL NOT RETURN TO carx AGAIN!Value of the manager that tried to make things

I haven't had much done to my car in the past year and it seemed the car wasn't running the best so I took it into Car X. I explained my issues and left my car there in the morning and they gave me a ride to work. A lot of repairs were made, but it was with my approval and after a detailed explanation. My car was finished before the estimated time and the service was great. Thanks! I will be back!
