Staff and vet very friendly, helpful and knowledgable however I cannot afford $800 - $1,300 to have my dog's teeth cleaned. I found a clinic just as nice that I felt very comfortable with for 1/2 the cost to get the job done and I will be better at taking care of my dog's teeth on a daily basis at home. It pays to get recommendations and shop around.
There are many factor that affect a dental treatment plan such as the age of the patient, the health of the patient, and severity of dental disease. Depending on these factors are certain diagnostics and treatments that need to be performed to ensure the safety of the patient. Typically a treatment plan that ranges from $800.00 to $1,300.00 is not just for a teeth cleaning. We perform dental radiographs to validate the health of the tooth and surrounding bone, and recommend extraction of diseased teeth. A routine dental cleaning with no extractions or other treatment is much less. The treatment plan depends entirely on the health factors of the patient and severity of dental disease. We wish you and your dog the best of luck and appreciate your feedback.
