The receptionist was absolutely fantastic and got me a coffee which at 5 am was greatly appreciated. She checked in on me and tried to keep me informed as much as she could. There were more urgent cases than mine so my total time there was about 8 but my Lexi came come with me that day with a solid plan for her future care. It was a long day but I expected that.

From the moment myself and fur ball came in, all the staff were so quick to respond, wisked him away to get the help needed. Contained his breathing returned to me waited very little time took him back to see the surgeon. I got to go home, and come back in few hours, with amazing detailed instructions on how to care for his eyes, the Dr. Called went over in detail. I got back amazing front line staff. I can not say enough about the people who work there, please know what you do is amazing. I am blessed you are all there to take care of the fur babies and fur Seniors that need care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

I took my toy poodle there Thursday when she seemed to be on pain. They examined her and gave me three options. One of them being take her home and monitor her and if it continues bring her back in and they would run the tests. I paid 200 dollars and had a question the next day and called twice and spoke to reception. There were to call me back and never did which was very disappointing:(

The cost for services here is incomprehensible. The lack of communication from front desk and staff in general about the results of his tests I was told no news is good news, I agree that’s true but not helpful for a $4000 bill (he didn’t require surgery or stitches just iv fluid/pain meds/X-ray/blood work) I’d expect more communication and clarity about him. I called probably 10 times and kept getting put on hold for 10-20 mins, I requested my animals information be sent to my vet for further treatment my vet waited all day and nothing, by end of day my vet told me to say it’s an emergency send his records. We wanted our animal Discharged from this clinic (although earlier then probably what he needed) because the costs are terrible $3500 for a night and my nanton vet charges $35 for a night and I even drove up out of town to visit him and find out his test results I was told it was too busy there was no one to provide me with an update and I was turned away not being allowed to see him. This is unacceptable care management - I’m a nurse of 16 years I know hospital work is busy but there needs to be better communication training here about multiple factors.

Excellent care is given with awesome Care Givers there knowing exactly what too do for the animals and certainly giving knowledge too the folks owning the animals.

I found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and cheerful. As for Dr. van Baricom, he did a tooth extraction which, believe it or not, was painless.
