I decided to make an appointment at Carillon Vision Care based on the patient reviews I read on the Internet. I am glad I did. Dr. Neukirch was very professional, thorough and informative - using the latest technology. He explained the pros and cons of glasses vs. contacts to me, which is unique for my situation, as I have mono-vision. I just referred my husband to him.

We had a great experience with Dr. Neukirch at Carillon. My 12 year old had previously been unsuccessful with a contact lens fitting with another Optometrist. She wanted contacts, but had a real fear about trying them again. The staff at Carillon was excellent. She successfully learned to remove and insert her new contact lenses. So thankful for the competent and nurturing staff. The dog, Lincoln, who greats you at the door is truly helpful in easing any anxiety.

My experience was great. Dr. Neukirch was very nice, communicated very well and he was thorough in his tests and analysis. I didn't feel hurried and he listened to me patiently. His staff was also very nice. Overall, a very good experience. I will be back.

Been going here for 20 plus years, use to live and work in the area but have moved over 20 miles away for the past few years and still go to see Dr. Agrest and Phylis and my service and experience as been great.. Would recommend this office to anyone...
