The lady that checked us in was amazing very understanding and helpful then we went to the back waiting area and the woman that took care of Riley was supper friendly and helpful the doctors came in to check on us multiple times and to tell us what was going to happen just to make sure we understood when they took Riley back they were able to tell he was nervous and they took care of him made him feel safe and everything after the procedure they called me right when he was waking up and explained all the after care and if we needed anything to call them....(side not as my son said when we where leaving the one that talked to us the most after he had the surgery was verrrryyyyyy pretty just so she knows lol) all and all it was a very good experience and I mean the doctors did so well he barely complained about his mouth hurting I was surprised!!! all that said THANK YOU EVERYONE THERE YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND IDK A BETTER PLACE TO GO!!!

My daughter is home form college and needing an Orthodontic consultation. They were able to get us in and started on treatments right away. Dr. Reed is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and looking at. She was realistic with treatment goals and a timeline that would work with an out of state college student. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and professional from the moment we stepped in the door. We were greeted right
away, had very little wait time. Kendall, who took our images and scans, was friendly, thorough and professional. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the get go. And she confirmed our thoughts that the Aligner system offered was a perfect choice for college students. Dr. Reed, as stated above, was awesome. Then we met Nikki, who worked up our payment profile working with my FSA account to make sure I could maximize my savings plan. She went out of her way to work on scheduling future appointments (not just the next one) to make sure we had a spot during school breaks. They made is feel like real people and truly invested in the best outcome, not just another client or number for the day. I would highly recommend this office.

Everything was a great experience!! Friendly and patient staff, clean and quiet waiting room, dental assistant and dentist was super fun and professional, they also provided good feedback regarding my daughter’s teeth. Highly recommend

Been coming to this facility for quite some time. The staff and doctors are absolutely amazing! My son is autistic and the way they are so patient and so caring towards my child is beyond I can ever imagine. Most places wouldn’t even care to take the time and just this experience solely for him, I’m beyond grateful! Sucks that we won’t be able to continue services with them due to PCS’ing but I would recommend 1000%!
