I was honestly dreading a dental appointment with 2 small children especially since it was the first for one of them. Both hygienists-Sherry and Jenny did an amazing job with my children and were immensely courteous with me. They were patient with asking questions and maneuvering between both children. They were pleasant from beginning to end. Dr. Ellis who also evaluated them both was phenomenal. I was very pleased with the care, concern and consideration that they staff gave my family!

I was so anxious to take my autistic son to the dentist for the first time and I didn't even need to be. The hygienist we had was absolutely positively wonderful. She was patient and kind, she let him talk, didn't react to his stims or gagging, she was attentive and validating, and she made sure he was heard and comfortable the entire time. I will be raving about this place for a very long time. Even the receptionist staff was great! Sweet and kind and understanding. 10/10.

I will not be back. I’m sick of the lack of customer service to be quite honest. It’s not what you say but how you say it. I get it’s a business and they are in the business of making money but I don’t need to be made to feel like that’s all it’s about even if that’s the case.

Dr. Alpano was very calm and patient with my son after a very traumatic experience with another dentist in the area. He walked out smiling instead of crying and said he loved her. So thankful we found her. Love the office staff too.

Fantastic practice!!! I’m 32 and have been coming here since I was a kid. We drive from Suffolk because I refuse to take my two kids anywhere else.

We are so thankful for staff working with us to get my 10 year old in for a tooth repair after a face-first fall from her bike. We were not enrolled with this clinic when this accident happened but am very pleased they were willing to enroll us immediately. Staff was extremely professional and make my daughter feel so comfortable. Thank you for the great experience.
