The doctor's are wonderful and have great "table-side" manners. However, speaking for the 19th street office, more front desk help is needed. It is frustrating having to wait to be checkout while staff is hard at work taking care of patients on the phone.
What's more it would be beneficial if staff was more knowledgeable of patient files; such as paid co-payments, treatments and any medical devices received. I had to pay for two visits once because it seems it wasn't collected at my visit which seemed odd to me. And recently (December) I was asked if I received a device, when I said I received it back in September, I was told that the charge for it hadn't been submitted to my insurance company. I do not like surprises when it comes to finances. Quite frankly it angers me.
