Comforting atmosphere and everyone is very cordial and you can really tell that everyone is concerned about your well being and they take pride in taking care of their patients. Any time your doctor contacts you personally to inquire as to how you are feeling after treatment - that is a class act and it makes you feel special knowing that your doctor cares enough to contact you personally. I will recommend the Advantage Rehabilitation & Wellness Center to all. You do not receive personal one on one service much anymore and when you find this kind of service you spread the good news! Thank you, C. Payne

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and the entire experience felt like a joke (with the exception of the very friendly front desk staff and the medical assistant that brought me to the back). Needless to say, I will never go to a chiropractor again. My appointment was for 8AM and I was not seen until 9:30AM. To be fair, I was ten minutes late to the appointment. I wouldn't have minded the wait, knowing that doctor's offices can be busy, but my experience with the Doctor was such a disappointment. She came in extremely flustered and looked very disheveled. While going over my medical history and reason for the visit, I did not feel like she understood my symptoms. I felt rushed in trying to describe my reasons for the appointment. Then we went to the patient room and she could not figure out how to adjust the table. She had to ask the assistant how to adjust the table and he didn't know either. So, instead of having me lie down face down, she had me lie on my side. she had trouble explaining what positions I should lay in and again I felt very rushed and I didn't feel like I was laying on the table correctly. She said she was going to do a treatment and basically bent my legs in a few different directions and said I was done, and that I should come back twice a week. The whole face to face time with the doctor was about 15 minutes and I was charged $130 dollars. She did not explain anything to me except to confirm a diagnosis that my obstetrician had already given me and that was AFTER she asked what my obstetrician had diagnosed me with. She did not explain how future treatments would help or how the 30 second "treatment" of bending my legs in different directions would help. Again, I felt like the whole appointment was a joke and I feel completely ripped off. I cannot recommend Advantage Rehabilitation & Wellness in good consciences, especially to other pregnant women like myself who are looking for ways to turn a breech baby. Save your money.

The hygenist was great in explaining what was going on and whether or not I had cavities. The dentist didn't say more than a few words to me and didn't spend any time explaining the procedures which I was scheduled for. The administrative staff was terrible. They told me that my insurance plan didn't cover filling cavities, which it does. What type of dental insurance doesn't cover filling cavities? I told them politely to call my insurance again, which they did only to discover that indeed my insurance does cover fillings.
