Most of the time, Carlisle does great. Occasionally, there is a long wait at the parts counter or for help on the phone. This is generally in the summer when they are super busy.
We have had several parts failures too, especially compressors. Really wish that Carlisle paid labor when we have to reinstall parts. May have to find another supplier that does pay labor, as many AC installations are quite labor intensive.

To be honest I really appreciated this experience. The staff was friendly and they seemed to care. The female staff member at the front desk saw that my toddler was getting restless waiting there so she was nice enough to give her some paper and markers to play with. When people are nice to my kids that really makes all the difference. Sometimes people forget that if you are intolerant of smaller kids it can make or break a return visit. I enjoyed my experience at the south side location and will be back!
