I love going to Carmen! Carmen! From check-in to to check-out my experience is WONDERFUL!! I’ve been going to Nathan for at least 12 years. He does a FABULOUS job! He is a very good listener and strives on delivering the best haircut to me! When I go to CARMEN! CARMEN, I am treated like family! Thank you Nathan!

The pricing is not consistent between the various stylist. I have been there 4 times..3 times with the same stylist and price was different each time. Apparently when the stylist gets “promoted “ the prices increased without any upfront explanation to the customer. Also, a friend of mine received a $25 birthday special cut, while my birthday cut was $45. Otherwise, service was good. While I do not prefer a gossipy salon, it doesn’t appear the stylist like their colleagues at all as absolutely no acknowledgement or appearance of friendliness between any of them. I’m not certain that I will drive farther to the new location for the increased prices.

Cassie really listened to me. She was very sweet! She did a great job on my hair the best cut I have had since moving to Charlotte. I am a hairstylist and can be picky. I liked how she dry cut my hair to see the details I told her i could tell she was a perfectionist! Glad I found her.
