Why is it that often times the concierge or front desk people are usually the least friendly?
It's not really that they did or said something wrong necessarily. It's body language and tone that says "you're bothering me" so I'm barely going to interact or even look you in the eyes. It's weird.
A lot of folks need reminders they're at a job where they serve others , but why is it usually the ones who are supposed to be the face of the company and guest experience?Ironic.
Sometimes it's just that people are tired or having an off day but I witness this behavior often in front desk/concierge staff of salons. It could be a SNL skit.
