With the changes due to Covid, the visit was okay. The staff did their best considering the circumstances. However I will never be okay with not being able to be in the office with my pet.

Everything from contact (via phone) to care and delivery this vet is amazing. They answer all your questions love your pets and you never feel rushed!!

I called for 2 reasons today. One to follow up on good care received week ago for my dog and to ask a question about my cat. Young girl receptionist was extremely RUDE and INCONSIDERATE with me. She felt it was her job to make sure the vet didn't have to call me. Then hung up on me!!!!! No pleasantries, just a click. I go there because I really like the vet who had always seemed caring and thoughtful of not only the pet but me. I hope she sees how her customers are treated. Very very unprofessional.

Client called about a pet that we have never seen and insisted on talking to the doctor and was informed by the receptionist that we can not give medical advice over the phone for a pet we have not seen and she would need to make an appointment to talk to the doctor. Client was rude and started screaming at receptionist so she hung up.

got OFA x-rays on my female GSD. With all of the new protocols due to COVID-19, all went well & got OFA certification on my dog.
