Upon checking in I was taken into an exam room right away. The receptionist and doctors assistant were very nice. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Brown. He addressed my issues and gave me a discount ($10) to Phillips Shoe Store; he referred me there to buy specific shoes to wear in the house to help keep the pressure off the painful part of my heel and support my arches.. I have a follow-up in two weeks. I was impressed with the care I received and the welcome atmosphere too.

I had a great visit with Dr Brown and the staff of Carolina Foot & Ankle Specialists. I had an injury on my toe and was afraid the visit may be painful. Dr Brown is very gentle and does not want his patience to experience pain. He suggested options that really helped me heal. And they have PUPPY-CAM!!! You can watch cute puppies play during the examination and you forget you are in a Dr's office!! The staff was as wonderful. I had no wait and the process was fast!
