I came to the Concord location 2 years ago when Dr. Cook was there & had a very positive experience, so I was completely disappointed in my experience with Dr. Kain. He is very nice, don't get me wrong, but his injections of the anesthetic were so painful I could barely stand it. He hit the nerve and the pain shot up my cheek, behind my eye. It wasn't quick by any means and seemed to go on and on with each injection as painful as the one before. Since I have a problem with needles, this will only make my next dental procedure that much more difficult. He put a couple stitches at the site after the extraction, and within 4 hours of leaving his office, the stitches had unraveled except for a single knot holding about 2 inches of suture material. I trimmed it back as best I could and 6 days later it came unknotted and I was able to pull it out. I will not return to the Concord office but will go to their other locations should I need to.
