The staff was kind, friendly and patient. We had an appointment but waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room, which was stressing out the exotic bird. I think it would have been nice if the avian vet had at least stopped in to introduce herself, so I could decide whether or not to bring the bird back in the future but we did not get to meet the vet. Avian vets are hard to find so meeting her would have been important, given the bird has special needs. The vet. assistants though were very kind and really took their time to let the bird get comfortable to the treatment room surroundings before beginning their procedure.

Your appointment was scheduled as an outpatient nail trim which is a veterinary technician appointment. We would have been happy to schedule you an appointment with our veterinarian so that you all could meet and discuss your bird's special needs, however we were not made aware of those wishes when you requested the nail trim. We would be happy to schedule this appointment for you at your earliest convenience.
