The vet tech and vet were very nice with both my dogs and answered all my questions. They took the time to explain different medications and didn't push any of them. I really appreciated it.

The staff was kind, friendly and patient. We had an appointment but waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room, which was stressing out the exotic bird. I think it would have been nice if the avian vet had at least stopped in to introduce herself, so I could decide whether or not to bring the bird back in the future but we did not get to meet the vet. Avian vets are hard to find so meeting her would have been important, given the bird has special needs. The vet. assistants though were very kind and really took their time to let the bird get comfortable to the treatment room surroundings before beginning their procedure.

Called and was able to get an appoint for the afternoon. Arrived and completed paperwork. Met Anna, masseuse, and discussed areas that were sore or needed attention. Outstanding deep tissue massage. Ninety (90) minutes is the way to go. She worked diligently making sure to work all of the knots out of my shoulders and back. Would highly recommend her. The ovoverall experience was great. Already scheduled for another appointment.
