Love Megan in particular. I've really enjoyed all I've learned and my experience there. I do think you are a little spendy, and the class size was 2-4 people each time. I asked about the other phase 1 class and they said it was similar size. Charge a little less and fill the place up?
Everyone at Carpe Diem is incredibly friendly and helpful. They all know me by name, even though I only work with one trainer. My trainer is Brandy, and I can't say enough about how professional and delightful she is to work with. She really cares. This is all in addition to the amazing strength and stability I've gained doing Core Align. I love the changes in how my body looks and feel. I've only had positive experiences at Carpe Diem and give it my highest rating!
Hannah and Megan are great teachers. If they see you do something wrong, they not only correct your posture, but if you could do an exercise a little better, they let you also know. I wish every teacher would do that, especially when it is a very small class.
Carpe Diem has a quality staff that listens and pays attention to your thoughts/concerns. Recently I was ill and was trying to reschedule my classes and was having difficulty. I e-mailed and my classes were rescheduled for me. I was very thankful for this! Classes start on time, another thing I really like. No question seems silly to ask.
I have been taking Core Align for 5 years. My body feels better each year as I get stronger and correct patterns of movement that limit my over all flexibility. Best of all I am never bored. I learn something new each week. I love this place and the teachers are amazing.
The workout last Tuesday was different, intense, and relaxing, that Hannah, the substitute taught. However, the bathroom was out of soap (this happens often), and the trash was overflowing. Also, the water in the reformer room was empty. :(
