Great with animals and really explain what is going on.

My husband brought our senior dog up due to constant urination in our house. We learned she had the beginning of renal failure at our last visit. While the appropriate tests were done and treatment plans discussed, my husband felt like he was a terrible and irresponsible dog owner by the time he left. Our dog is almost 18 and while we do not want her to be in pain or suffer miserably we are also not in a position to put hundreds of dollars to treatments such as physical therapy. We have had wonderful experiences at your practice previously and this one visit will not deter us from returning, but it did not give us a good feeling when we left.

The staff and Dr. Terrell were wonderful. They educate about options, without pushing you to buy lots of extras and testing.

Dr. Catala took the time with me and really listened to my concerns gave us many options for our dog and I left with a plan and felt cared for and Leo was spoiled rotten in the appointment. I am beyond happy with the care of our animals.

We received exceptional service from Carpenter Animal Hospital. The staff were helpful and kind. Two of the Vets came in on their day off to figure out what is wrong with my pet. That is dedication!!!! Carpenter Animal Hospital has an in house lab and ultrasound machine too.

Great facility for boarding. Wonderful friendly staff. Our dog loves to play there and rarely suffers separation anxiety.

Overall great experience. There needs to be more communication between the techs and the vets.
