We were absolutely thrilled with the look of the main room. The people who cared for our dogs, were extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Our dogs stayed in the roomy bungalow and lioved the other dogs and people so they got a great report card. We are from Long Island in New York and have never seen such a warm and lioving environment for our Yorkshire Terrier and parti Poodle.. Emily and Larry

After a slight delay for check-in, the vet tech, Kristen, took us back and explained everything in detai on what would be happening to my senior dog. I was called after my shih tzu's dental cleaning and extractions by Dr. Catala. She took ample time to tell me in detail all her concerns regarding the procedure and Toby's health. Kristin summarized Dr. Catala's call when I picked up Toby and showed me before and after photos. Kristin followed up the next morning to check up on Toby.
