As always, I received excellent and friendly service from Carr's from start to finish. Their employees on the phone are extremely pleasant and helpful, and work with customers for convenient pickup and drop-off times for rug cleaning. When delivering the cleaned rug, their technicians are very courteous and are happy to place the rug exactly where needed, including moving any heavy furniture as necessary. This is my second very positive experience with Carr's!

Rug looks great. Andy was very thorough and worked very hard. I missed getting the spray bottle of cleaner that we've usually gotten in the past.
