Technician arrived within prescribed time. Explained what he was doing. Protected my floors and corners he was moving hoses over and around. Excellent cleaning. My rugs look new. A surprise - booties to wear while carpet drying, left spot cleaner. Very pleased overall. Would not hesitate to hire Carr’s again and recommend to others.
