I broke dowm on I 5 on a Sunday afternoon while driving to Seattle. I was able to nurse my car over to Certified Automotive right when they opened on Monday at 730. I got there early at 710am and they were already open. I told the mechanic what was wrong and he ordered a new alternator right then and pulled it into a bay immediately. He said they were very busy, but would take care of me right away because of my situation. I had my 11 and 9 yr olds sleeping at the hotel, so they gave me a ride back to the hotel. They called me at 10am and said it was done! They picked me up at the hotel and brought me back to the shop! It was more than reasonable to get it fixed and i couldn't thank them enough! Top notch service, wish i had a shop like this in Seattle! Take your vehicle there for maintenance, you won't regret it! Thanks, Dave A Seattle, WA.
