Jason was my first impression and he worked with me graciously until my repairs were resolved and set up future work according to my means of pay. Carl was my mechanic of the day, he is slow but thorough. In walks a man who graciously waited and I struck up some conversation with who just Happened to be the New Rep for Triple AAA ( I was thinking you represent the company that brought me to this establishment...smiling). While I waiting the founder of this organization stopped in to see his boys whom he was extremely proud of for carrying on the family business and I had a fun chat with him about how long they had been in business and he proudly pointed out the picture of him in the Army, standing next to his beauty of the first tow truck he ever worked aside. His wife he spoke of with great pride and honor. Time went by and I never looked at my iphone once. After the work was completed Jason again explained what was done with my Jetta. They even attempted to do a fix on my clock which was set an hour ahead of when it should have been, they could have fixed it right then and there but I was not prepared so...I will be back in the future. I would recommend "Carter & Sons Service Center & Towing" absolutely. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they had paid my bill ! ;-)
