The staff was great, very nice and got me an apt same day that I walked In for a new client consultation. unfortunately the color of my hair is a lot darker than I wanted it to be. I came in for a partial foil and my stylist suggested using a toner because it was “too light” when she started washing it /removing my foils. I’ve had toner used on me at my prior salon, but is s usually washed out within minutes of it being put on. My stylist stated I would need to sit 5-10 minutes with toner on before washing it out. In my opinion that was left on too long, leaving my hair a light brown and not able to see any of my blond highlights. So I basically felt highlights defeated the purpose and a toner was used to cover up the highlights.
Terry, thank you for letting us know we were not up to your expectations. The only way for us to be better is to know when we do not deliver what you had hoped for. I have looked into this and I know Bri has reached out to you. We want you to come in so we can get it just right. Toners should be left on for at least 10 min 15 to 20 is the manufactures recommendation. The initial darkness you experience may be much lighter in the first washing or two. Leaving it on ensures that the product stays on for the preferred 4-6 weeks. Rest assured this is an easy fix and you will incur no expense upon this visit. Let me know when you are in so I can say hello. Thank you again for letting us know. Cary
