It was terrible. I asked for sweet cheeks when I booked the appt. When I got out I was charged an additional $59 on top of my $75 birthday gift certificate. I was shocked but paid it and didn't want to argue or question it so as not to ruin the calming effects of my treatment. The next day I looked at the receipt to see that I was charged for a massage with body polish add on. I phoned the spa and was told I got that service so I paid for it. I said I never booked that service and I couldn't tell I was getting anything different. She got a manager to call me back the next day and she had spoken to the owner she said there would be no credit or refund as I had gotten that service. I was quite upset as I had not booked a full 1 hr massage with a body polish add on, I had specifically booked the sweet cheeks which is what I get every time I go and tat is what I told the person when I booked the appt over the phone. Then the manager said I would have been sebt a confirmation email the day before, which I did not receive and when i told her that she said ah yes your email didn't go through. I said well that is odd cause I get promotional emails from you. At the end of the day the manager said nothing could be done. i told her that I was very upset and that I would npt be coming back again. I own a small home care business and when my staff get over worked I send them to your spa, which I will not being doing ever again!!! I also buy gift cards for my family which I will not being doing again. Why should I have to pay for a service that I did not book when it was your staff mistake and then not have the different credited to myself. This is a very poor business practise, there are other spas in town and I shall frequent them from now on. Your mistake and lack of rectifying it has cost you a long term loyal client.

We are unable to provide a full refund as you did enjoy the services rendered and were communicated via our treatment provider after the sugar scrub was completed and that a 60 minute massage would follow.
