I enjoy coming to your SPA and have been coming every two weeks for over two years. My complaints are two folds:
You need to update your magazines more often as clients wait for their appointment to start. More variety is needed.
My biggest beef now is having no pockets open on the Spa coats we put on. Where are we to put are glasses if we need them to read while waiting for our appointment. Where are we to put our tip for our massage therapist. You have a sign up in the dressing room advising customers about their responsibilities to check their pockets, so I do not think because someone leaves valuables in their pockets the onus is on you and that everyone has to suffer because of a few. If anyone else agrees that it is inconvenient to have the pockets closed please write in to complain.
