Appointment started on time. I liked the result and the stylist helped to meet my preferences. However, the dye was stained to my forehead and neck about 1/2-1 inch from the hairline and I’m having a tough time removing it, and it wasn’t removed in house. Other than that, good experience. Just needed to be more diligent with the dye placement.

I do apologize for that! That should have been offered to you to have as much removed as possible. We do have a product that can help with that if you would like to come in & we can help you. Color is tricky, however most could have been cleaned up for you:) Linda

I got my hair cut here on May 3rd whenever I had a hair appointment at another salon. The other salon would not answer the phone so I called Cass and Company to reschedule and appointment for earlier in the day. The phone was answered right away and they were able to get me in within the hour! Stylist Stephanie did a fantastic job on my hair, I will definitely be returning to Cass and Company!

The massage therapist was amazing! The receptionist didn’t seem too friendly and wasn’t quite sure how to see how many massages I had left in my package. Other than that it was great and I will keep coming back!

ugg This was my third haircut with Allison and it was a disaster. I don’t know why she seem to struggle so this time. All I asked for was to reshape/trim and touch up high/low lights.

My first cut/color with Allison was on 2/14/18. It was incredible and I loved it. I received lots of compliments because it looked amazing. Which would be expected too since I was out $200 tip included.

The second appointment, 5weeks later wasn’t as great, but was still OK.

However this last appointment (Apr 25) was mind blowing. It didn’t make sense. First, she cut my hair DRY. Using the straight iron to straighten it and then cutting it. I have Never experienced that in 35 years of haircuts. Then she couldn’t get either side to match. It was supposed to be coming from the back to my chin at an angle.

And I have no explanation for what she did to the back. She cut it way too short. It was supposed to be like a stacked bob but by the time she got done it just looks like an old woman’s short haircut from Great Clips. It definitely didn’t resemble the cut I walked in with. I don’t know why the inconsistencies with the appointment but I thought you might like to know. Also I am now looking for a new hairstylist, again.
