Been going here for years and I have never had any issues until this visit on Saturday. They put me in a broken chair so I paid money for a spa experience but did not receive a spa experience. Plus the chair’s massage capabilities was broken too. So no spa bubbles and no massage chair. The girl who gave me my pedicure did a complete rush job. I entered the room ten minutes after the 2 other clients which we’re having the same agave pedicure and she finished my pedicure 10 minutes before they got finished. She rushed through my SPA pedicure that I’m paying good money for and it was awful. I spoke to the new girl at the front desk and was given a 10% discount. So DISAPPOINTED!!!

We have the best experiences at Woodhouse. Hannah, Stephanie, Lydia and Alyssa go above and beyond. The front desk always insures we are well taken care of and we consider this our little piece of heaven in Castle Rock!!!!

Everything about my spa day at Woodhouse was beyond my expectation!! My friend and I book booked the spa classic package and had an absolutely blissful day. Stephanie gave me the best pedicure I've ever had, my hot stone massage was incredible and my facial left me feeling very relaxed and my skin looking great. I have lived in Castle Rock for two years and am so glad I just discovered this gem! I will definitely be back soon.

Came to the spa with friends to celebrate a birthday. To be clear each service I had was very nice. However the overall experience left a bit the be desired. No robes were offered, one friend requested one, which led to a second robe offering. I wasn’t offered a robe which meant in and out of clothes multiple times as we were there for multiple services. Beverage offering was limited.
