Randi is great, as always. Dr Jindal is professional and accommodating. My only complaint is that it’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone and I’m talking about during regular business hours. I’m not talking about lunchtime either. A call at 10:30 AM or a call at 2:15 PM both go to voicemail. It’s hard to get a human to pick up the phone and the front office staff can come across as cold, disinterested and lacking in warmth and personality.
