Cat Care of Rochester Hills is ran by a dedicated staff. I had the pleasure of working with the new doctor Dr. Taylor. She was thorough even with the appt being a curbside. Kim at the front desk is always personable and Michelle the vet tec showed care and compassion...I strongly recommend this vet practice if you have a cat.

The staff and doctors do a great job especially during this covid period. I have never met Doctor Kim who checked my cat. However, both Dr. . Kim and the Capable staff did an excellent job of communicating to me about my cat’s issues. I am very appreciative the way Cat Care has dealt with social distancing, the kindness of the staff and the manner in the way my cat and I were treated.

Dr. Sloan was very thorough and informative in telling us about the examinations of both of our cats. The entire staff at Cat Care are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a veterinarian specific for kitty cats.

Thank you for your feedback. Believe me, we don't like being curbside, either! Unfortunately, even with the relaxed CDC guidelines, we would have to shut down or severely limit our appointments if our staff became infected with COVID. For the moment, the best way for us to provide the best care to as many patients as possible is to remain curbside. We very much miss seeing our clients and hope that things will improve in the coming months!

Very friendly, organized and great feedback from Dr. Hunt. In all the years we took our cat to Banfield, I never spoke to a vet for longer than a minute. I was very pleased with Dr. Hunt's follow up regarding Zoe's labs and what to look out for - advice on changing her dry food and sending out a reminder in 4-6b months for a follow up.
