We were told that the cats would like the lion cut. We were not told that they would fight for 2 weeks afterwards due to not recognizing one another. We reached out to the cat doctor for help with this and were ignored. The cats are still fighting. We sought help elsewhere. We had no warning that we would be dealing with this level of stress and deeply regret taking our cat for this cut. We were not prepared for this, and two weeks later they have still not followed up on our request for help.

The front desk staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. The clinical staff were great with my cat who wasn’t too happy to be there. I feel confident that the care my cat is receiving is excellent

You folk are the greatest! We always have a really good visit with Dr. Britton. The office staff is wonderful. You do more follow-up care than our "people" doctors. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with a cat.

I was able to get in at the last minute. Dr. Britton was very attentive about my concerns. She genuinely seemed relieved when my concerns ended up being nothing.

They didn't have the tight history on the prescription for our car and so said we'd need to wait for the Dr. to get back from.vacation to get a refill. Not the first time we've had misinformation in the records for this cat who has severe and persistent allergies.
