Dr. Chiu is the best. She is very patient and gentle my family has been going to her office for many years. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because her schedule is booked out for 4-6 months so it can be hard to find an appointment if you need something done sooner than later.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Chiu’s office and it was one of the best dentist appointments I’ve ever had. It was just for a routine check-up and cleaning, but Dr. Cheng was so friendly and so helpful. She took the time explaining her diagnoses and why a few different specialized procedures might be helpful, but she didn’t push them. In some cases, she even explained that some definitely aren’t needed yet, as well as told me that procedures past dentists have prescribed (and possibly try to oversell) to me definitely aren’t necessary. I so appreciated the patience and genuine approach of doing what’s best for the patient, and not trying to get me out of there as fast as I can and/or overselling me on other procedures like other dentists I’ve had.

Dr Chiu is an excellent dentist. She explains the procedure what she’s about to do which is very helpful to a patient who’s nervous about the visit.

I’ve been going to her for the past 3 years and will not go anywhere else.
