The people and service at C & C are top notch as always. However I do have some gripes.
It took longer than expected to get my car diagnosed. Usually this has been done within a day. Took two days.
I joked with a co-worker before I knew the cost that it would be around $500. No matter what work I have performed, it is always around $500. This time it was the ignition key security cylinder on a 1995 Buick Regal. Sure enough, $515. (That's diagnosis, parts, and labor)
Security cylinder was sent to a locksmith to have keyed to existing keys, but instead cut a new key so my existing keys didn't work. This meant I would have no spares without buying another key. C & C wanted to charge me for another spare key until I complained the locksmith did not do what was asked. C & C made it right by having another key made at no cost to me.
Over all they do quality work and have friendly people, but they are getting on the pricey side.
