The doctor and the treatment she provided were great. What ruined the experience for me was the way I was treated by the receptionist while checking out, when I asked why I couldn’t use my Brilliant Distinctions coupon. She was not friendly and did not provide a satisfactory answer, which is unfortunate for a business that depends on repeat customers.
