No signed agreement. 1/2 down 1/2 paid upon completion. Issued cashiers check in amount of 3-K on 5/17/18. Verbal anticipated start date late July. Typically 1/3 down, 1/3 upon start, 1/3 upon completion, (industry standards). Working with my money for the next 2.5 months. I yet retain some "faith" in Mike.

Mike and the crew at Cedar Creek are nothing shirt of amazing. From the accurate cost estimates for every job to the final result everything is done with excellence. I have used Cedar Creek for landscaping, building, major repairs and patio restoration. The work was excellent and performed with courtesy, timeliness and professionalism.

The personal service has been great, very responsive. The field representative is very knowledgeable and informative, and answered many questions effectively. The budget was initially off-target but we worked it out to mutual statusfaction.

The work has not yet been performed. I will leave additional feedback at that time.

All I have done so far is plan the work to be done. I'm very much looking forward to my new driveway/retaining wall.

Dealing with Mike has been very easy. He calls or e-mails when he says he will. Initially, I was going to go with another company - I had saved the coupon for a couple of years. They came out and I never heard from them again. Very frustrating.

I imagine I will be asked to do another review once the work has been done. Mike has assured me that they won't be finished until I'm happy.

Based on my interactions with Cedar Creek so far, I am very pleased. I'm going to give a recommendation of 8 at this point because the work hasn't started yet. The 8 reflects my optimism. Once the work is done, I am hoping that it will be a 10.
