The staff was the best I have ever had with a Dermatologist; Sophia and her Nurse were attentive and TOOK TIME with me. No other Dermatologist ever wants to spend quality time as they do. I will recommend many people to come to your business if you continue to provide professional service as these 2 did!

Pleasant staff. No waiting. Dr Nuara was giving us helpful information as he went along with the screening. Answered all questions. Glad we found this physician.

I had a really nice experience. I got an appointment as a new patient right away. I didn't have to wait long in their lobby, both the Dr and "ma or pa or np" I wasn't sure were great they took their time and answered all my question. Thank you.

At my first appt, the provider was helpful and had a good bedside manner. She prescribed me an Rx that she didn't tell me about. I found out at my pharmacy. My insurance did not approve it and the pharmacy had contacted the provider repeatedly and had no response.

At my follow up appt, the provider literally had one hand on the door. She prescribed me another medication that needed prior authorization. I called her office several times, left messages, talked with the receptionist and talked with her nurse. My pharmacy called and faxed a request for authorization at least 4 times. No response was given. I have been trying to get an Rx for a month now and have had to call, wait on hold and have not gotten call backs. I called again today and was told the prescription was sent to pharmacy i have never heard of and I am supposed to call them to get it. I was not informed of this and have no idea how I was supposed to know this information. This has been a very frustrating experience. I plan to find a different dermatologist.
