Dr. Kogan had reviewed my history before I arrived, and he didn't keep me waiting long. He took a lot of time to question me about my symptoms and his explanation of what could be going on was thorough and understandable. He recommended clear and sensible next steps for me to take and arranged for two tests that would confirm or rule out serious medical conditions. He and his staff were warm, hospitable and completely helpful.

One visit is never in general sufficient but she gave the best impression I ever had from a doctor. For Knowledge, for the way of expressing and for Listening.

the reception area and people there felt disrespectful towards me. Some random woman behind the desk came out to get my vitals but didn't tell me what was going on what she was doing, when she had to touch me it was uncomfortable. When she took my height she tapped the tool harshly on my head. When she took my blood pressure, she gripped and there my arm in a sling turned it and and left the room all with out looking at me. She out it on wrong. It twisted a large portion of my arm causing pain and bruising, I had to scream out severest times b4 she came back in and blamed me. She also tried to have me sign a form stating I had received and read paperwork that I had not.

The exam room was very dirty and it was uncomfortable having to pile my clothes near where I was seated. The doctor was ok. He did state several examples of how colonoscopy has gotten better since the last time I had one 15 years ago but all the examples were false. He told me 15 years ago I had to drink a gallon of solution and the pictures are better quality and so on. But 15 years ago it was great. The dr had me drink about a quart or less of solution to clear me out with, everything was clean and up to date and I received a glossy picture of my colon. Dr stated I'll receive a photo printer quality. So far not up to par with 15 years ago. It's been over a week so I called in to ask about the costs and insurance coverage. I was told that they are dealing with other patients and will not even call till 2 weeks before. I requested to find out much earlier but am seriously rethinking if I want this group to do my colonoscopy or anything.

Considering she was telling me I have cancer, Dr. Narsinh couldn't have been any more kind, supportive or informative. I feel confidence that she has my best interests at heart and trust that we will move forward in treating and defeating this cancer.

Dr. Kogan is an awesome guy. Informative, friendly, and professional. I have only had the consultation thus far, but the procedure should be fine as he prepared me well.

The staff was very helpful when I first arrived for my appointment. This was the first time I met Dr. Narsinh, she was very nice and made me feel very comfortable, since all doctors make me very nervous. I felt she answered all my questions about my up coming procedure. Her assistant explained everything to me about my procedure since things have changed a lot in 10 yrs. I would recommend Dr. Narsinh and her staff to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Dailley's office. As someone who tends to avoid the dentist altogether, I was pleasantly surprised by both the kindness and professionalism shown to me while in the office. Dr. Dailley was able to do my fillings on the same day as my cleaning and I am extremely happy with the result.
