I hesitated to give five stars because I thought the communication between the time I scheduled the installation and the actual installation could have been much better. I had concerns about a couple things and was unable to get a response in the days before installation.
However, the installation was done as scheduled, without problems, and Central Air even went above and beyond to fix some air flow problems that were caused by the way the furnace had been installed. This was done for no extra charge and really improved things. That along with an otherwise problem free installation is why I'm giving five stars. In the end, my concerns were for nothing, but I would have preferred a simple reassuring phone call or e-mail nonetheless.
Overall, I feel like they really know their business and deliver as promised.
