Over the years I have owned a few different homes, most all of were built to my specifications. Some I had a hand in building. I have now built my first home from scratch and contracted the entire home myself. Our efforts of locating professional, knowledgeable, laymen speaking, old school contractors was to say the least a task. Notice the four precious requirements of the contractor, it is a very rare find today. In my first conversation with Mr. Poe I knew instantly he would do my work and I went as far as to tell him he had the job and I probably would not shop his price because the manner of his approach with me already was worth more to me in assurance alone, he laughed and suggested I bid it anyway.
Not to write a novel, but I think it is important to know there is still a bed-side-manner available today. I could not be more pleased from beginning to end. If one is interested in beginning a comparison of fiberglass vs spray foam I personally issue a challenge to anyone to yield a finished product nicer than you will get through Central Alabama Insulation. Knowing my heat load was reduced, reducing my tooling required in AC. Knowing now my framed house is completely sealed from top to bottom, it was fun the first day to stand beside the window as a car drove past opening and shut the window a few times to hear the difference in the noise reduction, in addition the spray foam adheres to all the surfaces providing an entire structure reinforcement.
This is my first exposure to a spray foam application, I did an extensive research and clearly am a bit "wordy"........so take it from me. If Mr. Poe and his crew can get this from me, they are leading the industry in my opinion with both product and service.
