Months ago we had an unpleasant experience with this place the doctor who treated my daughter with her braces for 2 years never contacted me about the treatment and the assistants are constantly changing and they are not professionals and there is no communication they never put safety glasses on her when they are treating patients they leave you waiting for more than an hour to attend you and they say that there are no staff so I say why you have so many patients this place has quantity and not quality I really do not recommend it terrible service

Upon entering genesis dental the front desk ladies were super nice and helpful.Gerardo and the doctor were really nice and helpful as well. I paid $522 for teeth extractions and told them I had no insurance and they said that’s okay $522 is due, which again I paid. Then Right before the operation this lady told me the price is going up and I owe another $130 though they had already told me $522 so it seemed I was being singled out and didn’t make me feel comfortable nor valued as a 12 + year customer. I forgot the ladies name that came out and told me. She was behind the back desk when I left. She was pleasant just found it a bit odd you’d tell someone a price and then switch and say “someone didn’t update the system”. Anyway I’ll see if I’d like to go back, because that was disturbing.
