I usually dread going to get my eyes checked up every 2 years, mainly because of the pushy doctors trying to sell you everything or they use the puffer air for the glaucoma check which I can't handle (fear of anything going in my eyes).

This place was completely different. Staff was great and got me all the details I needed. This was also the first time I've had a 2 really great people examining me. The one thing I never had gotten before was seeing the images of my eyes and having the doctor explain what he's looking for in each section. That was not only cool, but helpful as I never knew about this sort of thing. In the past it was always, you might need glasses and that was it.

My coworker actually recommended this place and I have to agree, not only is it the closest place that accepts my insurance, but it's simply the best place I've ever gotten my eyes checked at...

45 minute wait. Patients in waiting room complaining. Plenty of employees walking around "looking busy". Disorganized. Lack of helpful front desk service or friendliness. Total Waste of Time.

I really liked the doctor and how fast the appointment was. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave practical solutions. I don't like that they do certain tests separately so that they are billed through medical insurance rather than vision.

Just to clarify, regardless of when we do the test, certain procedures like Visual Field testing are always going to be billed to your medical insurance due to the specific diagnosis .
