I was the last appointment of the day for a back wax. It was a very hot humid afternoon. It seems like 1/2 way through the appointment someone turned off the A/C. It was bad. I'm sweating, poor Erica is hot and we are just trying to get through. I'm all for energy conservation and saving a $, but please don't turn off A/C 'tll customers leave.

Dear Nick,I was sorry to read that there was an issue with the temperature in the room during your service.I apologize to you and Erika for your discomfort. A new thermostat was recently installed the prior week and it was programmed to 75 degrees until Sat closing time at 4:45pm. I am not sure why it went off during your scheduled time. I checked the program,adjusted it to 74 degrees and to end at 5 pm for Saturdays.Thank you for bringing the issue to my attention and I hope that your future visits with us will be more comfortable.Please feel free to contact me at the salon at any time.
