The only time I felt comfortable and welcomed was the very first visit when I was about to start my Invisalign treatment. Of course, Grussmark and everyone were courteous and made me feel uncomfortably special, I’m new. Since then and every visit from then on. Total opposite treatment. Think back on situations where you have felt uneasy because you didn’t feel welcomed/respected as a valued client. That’s how I’ve been feeling for every visit. Thankfully, I am almost done with my journey here. Hoping for the best and any positive change within the next few finishing visits but, who knows.
