High quality and dependable service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I live in the Ogden area and even though it is very inconvenient to go all the way to/from SLC, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our two vehicles. Sorry their radio show is no longer available.

Anonymous, I am sorry your experience at Certified Automotive wasn't happy for you. Let me clarify the situation. When your car was at our shop it did not pass emissions. We can't manipulate a pass or fail. The test is computerized. There was a problem with your car and we diagnosed the problem and offered to repair it. We did what you hired us to do. It is not uncommon for a vehicle to fail emissions and then pass or visa versa when retested. Because it passed at Jiffy Lube does not mean there was not a problem with your car when it was in out shop. It is obvious it is an intermittent problem and I commend my tech for being able to diagnose it.
