The instructions for the forms to be filled out lacks proper direction. These forms should be a update for patients who have filled them out twice over the past three years. Also, the office should contact you when an individual that has been with the practice for years is retiring . I.e, Sandra.

I was shocked to learn Sandra had retired. I had Marissa who was excellent. I was sad to learn of Dr. Chaney's upcoming retirement, but realize he has put in many years and wish him well! Entering the office and being greeted by Natalie was a joy! Her addition to the reception area was a huge plus! I observed her greeting each person as they entered and saying goodbye to each patient when leaving unless she was engaged with a patient. Natalie is perfect for the lobby.

Heather is friendly and efficient. She was also quick to realize I was still having a post root canal issue and knew what to do. She spoke with Dr Couch quickly and they chose a treatment and follow up plan prior to teeth cleaning.
Dr Couch and Dr Chaney were attentive and eager to problem solve.
Bookkeeping staff were all helpful and efficient as always.

Everyone was caring and professional and made sure I was comfortable. I was a little surprised about being scheduled 5 weeks out for the permanent crown install but was informed that I will get a call once they are in.
