The billing/receptionist & dentist were both very professional.
The dental hygenist on the other hand seemed to be pushing a "hard sell" on defects she noticed in her examination, the doctor on staff did not mension any of the these "supposed defects leading me to believe she should not to consult with patients.
In addition the hygentist left a sharp edge on a temporary cap she installed (exact procedure unknown).. While installing the "cap" she stated I would have to return to the office to correct any sharp edges detected. This seemed a bit puzzling to me as this was the exact reason for my visit in the first place, a broken tooth. In my mind any rough edges should have been removed at the time of installation. Im not sure if the hygenist wasn't qualified, didn't care or was simply in a hurry to end her day.
